Yes. The twenty-chamber interactive story is free, optional and resumable. Beginner and experienced-player guidance follow the same story. Story practice does not change your saved match.

Yes. Offline computer games, same-device play and existing lessons need no app account. Online play requires Apple, Google or guest sign-in.

Another player must be seeking a game with the same clock. Try waiting, changing clocks, or inviting a friend to a private room. See the online guide for room codes, QR invitations and expiry.

Games and move history are saved locally and can sync through your private iCloud database. Use the same iCloud account and allow time for sync. Learning progress and preferences stay on each device. Study is also local and separate from saved-game sync. Export important work before removing the app.

Open Profile → Account settings → Delete account. Follow any recent-sign-in confirmation. Deletion removes account details and starts private-profile and online-service cleanup; it also clears that account’s local online history and Study data. Offline saves and basic learning progress are separate. See the privacy policy for retention and cleanup limits. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Open Fourfold Plus and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that bought the subscription and check that it remains active in Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions. A guest or app account is separate from your Apple purchase account. If access still appears wrong, contact support without sharing payment details.

Choose Manage subscription in the Plus screen, or open Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Manage renewal through Apple. Deleting an app or app account does not cancel a subscription.

Free Study allows one newly completed deeper review per UTC calendar day and three new practice exercises per UTC ISO week. Previously sampled practice remains replayable. These reset boundaries may differ from your local midnight.

The release app uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics automatically. Reports can be associated with an app installation; collection is not anonymous. There are no advertisements. Read the full privacy policy for accounts, online rooms, iCloud and diagnostics.

A move must follow the piece’s geometry, respect occupied squares and keep your own king safe. A threat can come from another space. Check legal destinations, compare flat and spatial views, and send an exported game to support if the result still seems incorrect.
